    The 1.1 patch that was supposed to fix screen freezing when downloading a New Game didn't work on me. So the earliest possible savegame needed so I could proceed with the game, as the problem is known to appear with a new game loading only... Thanks!

    I can not get into warehouse # 12. I have a hook with the rope, but the hand icon stays on the lower handle of the door. I can't get the hand icon above to hook the ripped screen. Watson keeps asking why we are breaking in. I am new to this save business.....so I guess I need a saved game where the hook has been set and Watson is ready to help me to break in. Can anybody help me?
